GitHub Issue dispatch

• Adding the condux label to an open issue in an imported repository now starts a run, so teams that work only in GitHub do not need a Linear connection.
• Grooming questions, the live run status, and the resulting pull request link stay on the issue.
• The Condux GitHub App now needs read and write access to Issues, plus the Issues and Issue comment webhook events. Existing installations need an administrator to approve them before labeling an issue starts a run.

Public documentation launched

• Published the first Condux documentation site for prospective customers and private-beta teams.
• Added guides for Mason, delegation, following runs, integrations, codebase setup, and troubleshooting.
• Documented the current product-planning and multi-stage delivery experience.
